Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview & Independent Platform Statement

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) governs your use of HeyRepli, an all-in-one social media management platform for small business. HeyRepli is an independent SaaS platform that integrates with official partner APIs. We are not a third-party reseller, and we do not provide follower-growth, engagement-boosting, bulk auto-reply, or third-party content redistribution services.

HeyRepli offers four capabilities on a single platform across X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Threads, and Pinterest: (1) smart drafting — human-approved reply drafts to comments and DMs in your brand voice; (2) Brand monitoring — mentions across X, Reddit, news, and Hacker News through official partner APIs; (3) content rewriting — content adaptation with 30+ language support; and (4) Manual-friendly publishing — multi-platform scheduling through official OAuth. By accessing or using the Service you agree to this Policy.

2. How Our Platform Integrations Work

HeyRepli is an independent social media management platform that connects to official APIs so you can engage customers and publish from your own authorized accounts. We do not download, rip, mirror, or redistribute any third-party platform content, and we do not provide video-downloading, watermark-removal, bulk-content-extraction, or content-redistribution tools.

All integrations run through the user's own OAuth connection. Users manage their own accounts; HeyRepli only acts as the workspace that surfaces drafts, scheduling, and brand mentions to the account owner.

• X (Twitter) — accessed through X API v2 with user OAuth 2.0.
• LinkedIn — accessed through LinkedIn API with user OpenID Connect and Share on LinkedIn.
• Facebook, Instagram, Threads — accessed through Meta Graph API with user OAuth.
• TikTok — accessed through TikTok Display API with user authorization.
• YouTube — accessed through YouTube Data API v3 with user OAuth.
• Pinterest — accessed through Pinterest API with user OAuth.

3. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to generate, distribute, publish, or facilitate any of the following:

• NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content.
• Hate speech, content that incites violence, or content that targets people based on protected characteristics (race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, etc.).
• Harassment, threats, defamation, or doxxing of others.
• Content that exploits minors in any way.
• Misinformation designed to deceive, defraud, or manipulate (including deepfakes without clear disclosure).
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or content intended to evade anti-spam systems.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Reselling, brokering, or redistributing any brand monitoring insights, audience signals, or contact information we surface to you as a third party.
• Posting to social accounts you do not own or are not authorized to manage.
• Impersonating any person, brand, or entity without explicit permission.
• Circumventing rate limits, authentication, or security mechanisms.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to reverse-engineer the Service.
• Using smart drafting to mass-reply in ways that violate platform Terms of Service.
• Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

5. Smart-Generated Content & Human-in-the-Loop

The content rewriting capability uses third-party large language models (multiple leading providers). You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you publish through our Service. You may not use the content rewriting to produce any of the prohibited content listed in Section 3.

smart drafting replies are generated as drafts and require explicit human approval before publication. Bulk auto-publish without human review is not permitted on any plan. Every published reply must be reviewed by a real person (you or your team member) before it goes out.

6. Platform Compliance

All publishing operations use official OAuth connections to social platforms. You must comply with each platform's Terms of Service:

• LinkedIn: LinkedIn User Agreement and API Terms
• TikTok: TikTok Developer Terms
• YouTube: YouTube API Terms of Service
• Pinterest: Pinterest API Terms of Service

Brand monitoring is powered by official partner APIs (X, Reddit) and authorized news feeds (industry publications, Hacker News). All signals are surfaced through your own authorized accounts or official platform access. We do not enable any method that violates platform terms.

7. Data Responsibility & User Authorization

You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to access and process any data through our Service. By using HeyRepli, you confirm that:

• You own or have explicit authorization for any accounts you connect
• You comply with GDPR, CCPA, and applicable data protection laws
• You will not use the Service to violate any third-party Terms of Service
• You understand data collected is your responsibility under applicable law

8. Our Compliance Commitments

HeyRepli is built as a responsible SMB platform with these commitments:

• Public data only — we only surface data that platforms already make public to you
• All actions run through your own accounts — no fake profiles, no impersonation, no shadow accounts
• Real-time with built-in safeguards — rate limiting, error handling, and partner-program compliance checks
• GDPR and platform-compliant — you retain full control and ownership of your data

9. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated this Policy. Violations that involve illegal activity may be reported to law enforcement. Subscription fees are non-refundable in cases of termination for Policy violations.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
