Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy”) governs your use of HeyRepli, an AI social concierge platform for small business. HeyRepli offers four product lines: AI engagement (auto-reply to comments and DMs), AI brand monitoring (mentions across X, Reddit, news, and Hacker News), AI rewriting (content generation with 30+ language support), and smart scheduling (multi-platform publishing through official OAuth). By accessing or using the Service you agree to this Policy.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to generate, distribute, publish, or facilitate any of the following:

• NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content.
• Hate speech, content that incites violence, or content that targets people based on protected characteristics (race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, etc.).
• Harassment, threats, defamation, or doxxing of others.
• Content that exploits minors in any way.
• Misinformation designed to deceive, defraud, or manipulate (including deepfakes without clear disclosure).
• Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or content intended to evade anti-spam systems.

3. Prohibited Uses

• Using our brand monitoring data as a marketing list, lead list, or contact database to resell or broker to third parties.
• Posting to social accounts you do not own or are not authorized to manage.
• Impersonating any person, brand, or entity without explicit permission.
• Circumventing rate limits, authentication, or security mechanisms.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code.
• Using AI engagement to mass-reply in ways that violate platform Terms of Service.
• Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

4. AI-Generated Content

The AI rewriting product line uses third-party large language models (DeepSeek, Kimi, Grok). You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the content you publish through our Service. You may not use the AI rewriting to produce any of the prohibited content listed in Section 2.

AI engagement replies are generated as suggestions and require explicit user approval by default before publication. Bulk auto-reply without human review is not permitted on Pro and Agency plans.

5. Platform Compliance

All publishing and engagement operations use official OAuth connections to social platforms. You must comply with each platform's Terms of Service:

• Instagram, Facebook, Threads: Meta Platform Terms
• X (Twitter): X API Terms of Service
• LinkedIn: LinkedIn User Agreement and API Terms
• TikTok: TikTok Developer Terms
• YouTube: YouTube API Terms of Service

Brand monitoring uses official APIs (X, Reddit) and authorized third-party data sources (news feeds, Hacker News). We do not provide scraping or unauthorized data collection.

6. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated this Policy. Violations that involve illegal activity may be reported to law enforcement. Subscription fees are non-refundable in cases of termination for Policy violations.

If you become aware of any use of the Service that violates this Policy, please report it to [email protected].

8. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
